09.11.2011: DONATION :We are receiving some queries from the pensioners benefited from the Pension Revision Order about the mode of payment for the donation that they would like to send to CHQ of AIBSNLREA. Payments may be made by crossed cheque/demand draft drawn in favour of "All India Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Retired Executives' Association" payable at New Delhi and sent to Shri Hari Ram, Financial Secretary at Flat No. 214, DDA SFS Flats, Pocket 1&2, Sector 3, New Delhi 110 078. Name, last designation in office and address may also be invariably sent along with the cheque/draft.

CIRCULAR NO. - 1/2011 DATED 03.04.2011

**LIST OF LIFE MEMBERS: The Branches which have not so far sent their list of Life Members are requested to mail the same to gensecaibsnlrea@yahoo.com. Please follow the usual format to prepare the list as already available for other Branches in the “Life Members” page of our website i.e. www.aibsnlrea.org. In short, the list should contain the Serial No, Names of the Life Members, Date of birth, Residential address, Phone Numbers. Please also ensure that CHQ quota @ Rs 200/- per life member is remitted to CHQ. The Life Members lists alone are uploaded in CHQ website.

**PAYMENT OF CHQ QUOTA: CHQ Quota may be paid @ Rs 200/- for each Life Member. This is a one-time payment. CHQ quota for other members, who pay monthly/annual subscriptions etc, shall have to be paid @ 40% of the subscriptions collected from time to time.

**REMITTANCE OF PAYMENTS: All payments to be made preferably either by cheque or draft drawn in favour of “ALL INDIA BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED RETIRED EXECUTIVES’ ASSOCIATION” and payable at New Delhi. The payments can also be made by Bank Transfer to CHQ Bank Account No. 11561721203 in Karur Vysya Bank Ltd. Details of such Bank transfers may please be intimated to the Financial Secretary, CHQ for issue of Receipts.
